MAN FATALLY INJURED

IJMIK.SS ASSOCIATION" TP.LEGHAM .) OAMARU, April 23. John Woodgate, aged 27, married, received severe injuries at the Waitaki hvdro-electrie works this morning, from which he died this afternoon. Woodgate started a shift on Sunday at midnight. Between 3 and 4 o'clock this morning a truck got out of control and passed over Woodgate's legs, one of which was completely severed and the other severely injured. He was taken to the hospital at Oamaru, where he died at 5 o'clock.
