The annual report and balancesheet proved that last season had been an exceptionally successful one. In moving the adoption of the report Mr Throp stated that it was the intention of the Canterbury association to apply for the ladies' tournament to be held in Christchurch next season. If the application was granted it would be necessary for the clubs to undertake the billeting of the visiting players.
