SHOOTING STARS OVER EUROPE (Received October 10, 9.3 p.m.) LONDON, October 10. Europe was enthralled last night by a spectacle of shooting stars. They were not seen in London owing to clouds. Lisbon reports millions of stars "dropping out of the sky like a ram of bright light." Parisians thronged the streets and leaned from windows watching the dazzling display. Cologne and Barcelona were also spellbound by the phenomenon.
