VICTIM RELEASED BY KIDNAPPERS.
(Received July 16, 11.25 p.m.) ALTON (Illinois), July 16. Mr August Luer, the wealthy banker and meat packer, kidnapped on Monday night, was released from a motor-car at Collinsville, Illinois, early this morning. It is not known whether any ransom was paid.
