SCHOOLS TO RESUME. The Lyttelton District High School, and the West Lyttelton School will re open on Tuesday morning, for term of the year. Seamen'r, Institute. An enjoyable concert, arranged by Mr F. Heal for the Lyttelton Gu.ld, was held in tho Seamen's Institute on "1 hursday evening, before an audience 0 a OU 30 men. Further power curtailments been arranged by the Lyttelton Boroug Council. The block-lighting in the main business area is to be turned off 9 p.m., and the street lights at midnight, an hour earlier than at presen . Cr. W. D.
