Lobby correspondents confidently forecast a reduction in the motor-car horse-power tax in the Budget. It tt expected to be 10s instead of £1 p«f horse-power. The* revenue will bo maintained by an added duty ob petrol. The reduction hu long been aigad by motor manufacturers, who d«l*rt that the tax hampered British sales m the Dominions.
