A GILT-EDGED INVESTMENT

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD DEBENTURES.

A further issue of Christchurch Drainage Board Debentures offers an absolutely safe and sound investment, one that is classified by law as a Trustee Investment. Debentures are issued in denominations of £IOO, and interest is guaranteed at 5J per cent., payable half-yearly, free of exchange, at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand within the Dominion. Investors' interests are safeguarded by a special rate, which has been struck over an area, the capital value of which is over £12,000,000. A sinking fund is provided to repay the whole of the loan on its maturity in March, 1965. Applications for debentures should be sent to the offices of the Board, 198 Hereford street, Christchurch, and should be accompanied by cash, bank draft, or marked cheque. You are advised to make early application. Prospectus on request.
