In the Supreme Court Mr Justice Smith made an order increasing to £2 a week the allowance made to Mary Bruwn. aged seventv-nine from the estate of her husband, the late James Hr. wn a farmei of the Bush district petitioner said that she had helped »o stump clear the farm and had fought bush fires She was separated from the testator orior to his death. The Judge held that the present allowance was inadequate.
