INJUNCTION REFUSED.

(PBBSS ASSOCIATION TKLZOBAK.) WELLINGTON, July 19. The Wellington City Council applied to Mr Justice McGregor for an interim injunction restraining the Goodwin Chichester Aviation Company from using the Rongotai Airport without permission. The company has been using the ground for some time, but the Council refuses to issue a permit, alleging that in its present condition its use involves danger to children. His Honour refused to grant an injunction, on the ground that defendants had not been served with notice of the application.
