NEW EQUIPMENT.

CANTERBURY COLLEGE GYMNASIUM. The Garrison Sports Club have decided to fit the Canterbury College gymnasium with modern gymnasium equipment—horizontal and parallel bars and trapezes. The Sports Club will have the use of the gymnasium four evenings in the week. On Mondavs and Wednesdays, Territorials and' Cadets will do gymnastic work, and on Tuesdays and Saturdays they will learn boxing. Competent instructors will be in charge of both classes. It is hoped that the money to equip the gymnasium will be obtained from the fund which was raised at the military pno-eant two years ago, and next week the Garrison" Club will meet the pageant committee to see if arrangements can be made for this.
