EDUCATION BOARD.
TWO GRANTS RECEIVED. Two grants have been made to the Ca uterburr Education Board by the Education Department, one for a small addition to the Hornby School, and the other for improvements to the school site at Kaiapoi. The Board is hoping that the grants will be followed by others, which will help to reduce overcrowdinc: and will keep the building staff' emploved during the winter.
