TRAFFIC CONTROL.
PARKING AREA RESTRICTED. The special committee set tip by the City Council to consider the question of traffic control in the City has held a further meeting and made a number of recommendations to the By-laws Committee, among them being the prohibition of parking in Colombo street between Armagh street and Cathedral square, and between Cathedral square and St. Asaph street. The By-laws Committee recommended last evening that a regulation be made in this reBpeet. If this was agreed to, the formal regulation would be submitted to the Council for adoption in due course.
The recommendation was adopted.
