SPANISH ASSEMBLY.
NAMES SUBMITTED TO KING. (BI CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. .CABLI ASSOCIATION.) (Received September 21st, 7 p.m.) MADRID, September 20. The Marquis de Estella has announced that the names of members of the National Consultative Assembly have been drawn up and submitted to the King before publication. As representatives of the professions, industry, commerce, and labour have been chosen by the Government without beinp consulted, it is possible that some will refuse to act, especially as the Government has chosen those least associated with politics. In that event new appointments will be made.
