Parliament, on reassembling, read a second time a Bill to prevent the Government evading its decisions by stopping their promulgation in the official gazette. Marshal Pil&udski returned unexpectedly from a watering place and said lie would not stand dictation from Parliament. He then issued a decree adjourning Parliament, members greeting the announcement with cries of "Cowards" and booing. DICTATORSHIP UNPOPULAR. (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received September 22nd, 12.5 a.m.) WARSAW, September 21. Tired of the Chamber's persistent rejection of the Press Control Bill, its persistent motions of censure, and its introduction of a Bill prohibiting legislation by decree, Marshal Pilsudski, suddenly returned from holiday, obtained the president's sanction for adjourning the session till October 20th. There is conjecture now as to 'whether resentment against the dictatorship will crystallise into action.
