ROADS BEING IMPROVED. (BY CABLE—rRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (Sydney "Sun" Service.) (Received September 21st, 7 p.m.), JERUSALEM, September 20. In future, pilgrims to Mecca will travel in comfort. Plans have been completed to render the roads to Mecca suitable for motors, and a pump has been fixed over the sacred well of Zemzem to provide water. Concrete is required for extensive structural alterations to the Mosque.
