WEST CHRISTCHURCH D.H.S. In the annual match between the old boys and present pupils of the West Chiistchurch District High Shool, the present pupils won by six runs, the scores boing:—Present pupil 3 210, Old Boys 201. For the present pupils.. M. Gray made 52 runs, H. Hattersley 26, and K. Evans 28. while for Old Boys M. Boon made 70, and A. Roberts 42. Bowling for Old Boy 3, Boon took six for 52 and Eade three for 10. MAIREHAU V. BECKENHAM. Mairehau and Beckenham played a friendly s;ame on SaturJay at Bnjkenhain, Mairehau winning by 107 runs. Mairehau made 194 (Ward 15, MoFadden 12, H. Wilson 18, J. Newman 25, \V. J. Walter 22, Robertson 14, Faulls 34, Oborn 22, and Osborn 13 not out), and Beckenham 87 (Hercombe 17, Wallace 17). Bowling for Mairehau, D. McPadden, W. Oborn, and W J. Walter did best, and for Beckenham, Wallace three for 58, Tulloch four for 49, and Sollett two for 18 had the best averages.
