REGISTRATION FEES. Tho information was given at last night's meeting of tho City Council that there are 103 hairdressers' shops in tho City. Dealing with their registration tho By-laws and Finance Committeo reportod:"Tho Medical Officer of Health has advised that regulations relating to hairdressers' shops ha\-o been gazetted, and that the occupiers must registor these premises annually. "The Committee recommends that an annual registration fee of 10s 6d bo charged, and that tho inspectorial staff be instructed to suporviso such premises, and see that they are maintained as required in tho regulations." The report was.adopted.
