DOG TRIALS.

BANKS PENINSULA CLUB. The 'eighth annual meeting of the Banks Peninsula Collie Dog Club was held in the Coronation Library, Little River, on Saturday. Mr H. T. Chapman was in tho chair. There were 18 members present. The chairman moved a vote of sympathy with the relatives of tho late Mr A. i. Dawson and •Mr W. M.- Lewthwaite. Mr M. Barclay moved a vote of sympathy to the Chapman family. . . : The secretary presented ■ the balance-sheet, showing a credit balance of £sl 19s Bd, including balance carried forward from previous year of v£3l 3s, showing a profit of £2O IGb 8d for the year.
