PROTEST BY SWARAJISTS. (BT CABLE—TRESS ASSOCIATION—C'O'FYSIGST.) (BEOTEB'S TEUGBAJJS.) DELHI, March 7. Swarajists, who dominate Congress in politics, obtained the formal permission of the All India Congress Committee to withdraw from the Assembly, Council of State and provincial Legislatures' all over India as a protest against the- Government attitude to the Congress demand for constitutional reforms. ft was reisolved that a nunibey of Congress, including Swarajists,, should contest the forthcoming general elections for the Assembly and Provincial Councils, and adopt a policy of Voting to throw out Budgets and not accept office until the Government- niak&s a< satisfactory response to' the demands' for amendment in the Legislature.
