UNABLE TO SWIM.
A YOUTH DROWNED. (PSESS iBSOCIiTTOF TIWGJUJf.) • INVERCARGILL, December 21. At about half-past three on Saturday afternoon one of_ tho Railway Bowing Club's boats overturned in tho new river estuary. I<coii;ml Warburton and William O'Neill, who were in the boot, got into difficulties at once, neither being able to swim. A launch parsing went to their aid, but both youths sank. O'Neill was rescued by the launch, but Wwburton could not he found. 'Search was made by tho crews of the Rowing Club, and AVarbttrton's body was recovered at about 11 o'olock the same night. The boat in which the accident occurred was an ordinary pleasure boat.
