At the conclusion of last night'a mcetiug of the City Council, Cr. C. P. Agar, on behalf of Councillors, wished the Mayor (Mr J. K. Archer) and the staff, the compliments of tho season. In thanking Or. Agar, the Mayor said that he bad no doubt that the Town Clerk (Mr J. P. Neville) would convey the greetings to the staff.
