LYTTELTON RECOUNT.

DATE INDEFINITE. It was stated last evening by. Mr H. A. Young. S.M., that a date had not been definitely fixed for a magisterial recount of the votes cast in the recent' poll for a member to represent the Lyfctelton electorate. Tuesday, December Ist, at 9 a.m., was originally fixed as the time, but this might not suit Mr M. E. Lyons, and possibly another date would have to be decided upon. A decision wjould be arrived at to-day. Mr A. T. Donnelly and Mr M. J. Gresison will watch the proceedings on behalf of Mr Lyons, and Mr P. J. O'Regan, of Wellington, will act for Mr J. McOombs.
