Kershaw, tho wcll-kno'.vn Rugby International, writing in tho "Sunday Express," says that an overwhelrmng majority of Rugby men support Mr Rowland Hill in tho notable Stand he is taking on behalf of the Dominions. Obviously it is fair that New Zealand should have a voice in the controL of Rugby. It is n.bsurd to fob off tho Dominions with the offer of a conference oneo in three yearc.
