TANNERS' AND FELLMONGERS' DISPUTE. The Arbitration Court has Sled an award in respect to the Canteffury Tanners', Feilmongers,' and Woolscourers' Indus£nal Union of Employers. A memorandum states that the award embodies, without alteration, the reconrmendaiions or the Conciliation Council, which the parties agreed' to accept.
