ZAGHLULISTS REFUSE TO COLLABORATE. (bt cable—fksss association—coptsiokt) (AOBTKALIAX AND y.Z. CASLS ASSOCIATION.) CAIRO, December 24. Prince Omar Toussoun, in sin interview, declared that he liad consulted representatives of the Z&ghlulist, Liberal, Constitutionalist Mid Nationalist parties and had suggested a meeting of leaders in his presence to consider tb© question of collaboration at this juncture. The Liberals and Nationalists agreed, but the Zaghlulist representatives said there wae no way in which, they could collaborate with tho other parties.
