DIPLOMATIC SERVICE ENQUIRY.
(BY CABLE-PBESS ASSOCIATION-COPYBIOHT) (IUSTBALXAN AKD N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, November 25. The Court of Enquiry has fully justified Sir John Tilley's action in the Stewart case. (Tins-Court, of-which Lord Blanesbureh (formerly Lord" Justice lounger) was chairman, was to conduce a disciplinary enquiry into the complaint as to his treatment made by Mr N. a.. Stewiirt, former Counsellor to the British Embassy ;it Rio de Janeiro. He alleged that he had been removed from 'his home in Rio by Brazilian policemen and detained in an asylum, but eventually was released and allowed to return to England. Sir John Me}, British Ambassador at Rio, travelled to London for the purpose of giving Avidence.J •
