"Walter Mourilyan, solicitor, of Richmond, Surrey, was found dead in his flat at Putney with liis head inside tho oven of a gas cooker. A clerk arrived at the Bats and told the attendant Mourilyan had not appgared at his office and had not ropiied to telephone calls. Tho attendant climbed tho balcony, broke a window, and entered. Mrs Mourilyan was absent visiting. She has sine© made a statement to the police. It ia understood their marriage was recent. Mourilyan. was about fifty years of age and thrice figured in tho Divorce Court, the. last time in 1922, when Ms eeoond wife's suit was successful. His cross petition, alleging misconduct by his wife with, a young Egyptian Prince, Said Fazil, was dismissed.
