CRICKET.
CITY AND SUBURBAN ASSOCIATION.
The Management Committee of the City and. Suburban Cricket Association met last evening. Present: Mos3rs G-. Duggon (chairman), A. Wilson, P. "West, L. Sanders, A. J. Howes, It. J. Rattray, J. Jones, P. Peacock, C. A. Rogers (honorary treasurer), H. W. Rogers, P. King, and K King (honorary secretary).
The Malvern Sub-Association wrote in reference to the proposed conference of delegates from the sub-association 3 to diecuss the proposals for tho improvement of cricket in the sub-associations, and asked for the date of meetings with tho object of sending delegates. The Ellesmcro Sub-Association also wrote declining to send dolegates to the meeting.
Tho Auckland Suburban Cricket Association wrote inviting a team to Auckland for the Easter cricket tournament, and stating thai a team would ba very weloome and that the team would be billeted while there. The letter stated that Wellington would also bo represented as well as the Auckland Association and tho Auckland Country Association. It was deoided to make every endeavour to send a. team as invited, tho team to bo as fully representative as possible. It was decided to enforce a fine upon all clubs failing to forward returns of matches. It was also decided to postpone all competition matches oh February 23rd and March Ist. on the occasion of the matches between New South Wales and Canterbury and tho first test match. ' Saturday's Fixtures. The following are tho fixtures for tho neat round of the City and Suburban Association's competition:— Senior Grade—Sunnyside v. St. Albans, at Sunnyside; Green's A v. Woolston, at Sydondham No. 2; Green's B v. Upper Riccarton, at Sydenham No. 9. Junior Grade—City Council v. D.I.C, at Sydenham No. 4; St. Albans v. Temploton, at St. Albanß; Packer and Jones v. Upper Riccarton, at Linwood; St. John's v. Green's, at Woolston.

In tho Senior B grade match played at Sydenham Park on Saturday, tho ecores should have read:—Riccarton, first innings ■l7 (Luttrell 16). Murtin took six wickets for IB runs, McLelland two for 19, and Gordon two_ for 7. Sydenham mado 122. Riccarton in their second innings lost two wickets for 69 runs.
