Salmon) ha 3 received a cab.c message from the Australian Football Association, stating with regard to tho tour of the Canadian team, that, it was evident that they were misunderstood by tho .now Zealand authorities, and asking that the Nov/ Zealand Council should leopcn the wholo oubject. Meanwhile Mr Salmon i 3 cabling for further information, 'jrhich has not yet been supplied by letter. Thcs-s replies a-nd the present ctblo v.iii como before the Council in about ten days' time.
