RUGBY UNION. (special to "thi rassa.'*) GREYMOUTH, July 11. The West Coast Rugby Union has decided to accept the offer of the Canterbury Rugby Union team to play the West Coast on August Bth. Personal. Mr A. C. Hill, club captain of the Marist Brothers' Old Boys' Club, was presented at a social held in St. Columba Hall this evening with an oak fable and set of chairs, in honour of his marriage. Boxing. Don Mundy, a heavy-weight boxer, has deposited £SO witli the Greymouth "Evening Star" as a side wager for a match with Fritz Holland, B. McC'lenrv, or Max Cormick. The local Association may arrange a bout.
