(Received June Ist. 8.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, Juno 1. Svdney suffers a severe loss through Professor Wilson's acceptance of the Chnir of Anatomy at Cambridge University. He recentlv succeeded to the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. GENERAL BIItDWOOD. MELBOURNE, June 1. Mr Hughes sent a farewell message to General Sir William Birdwood,^ expressing appreciation of his visit to Australia.
