NAVY LEAGUE WAR FUND APPEAL.

What is it that has saved New Zealand and other outlying portions of the Empire in this war? The British Navy. Deeds such os those of the Broke and the Swift, or the sealing of Zeebiugge and; Ostend, quicken the pulse, but entail the loss of valuable lives, and the Navy Leuguo is asking you to help the dependants of tens of thousands of heroic men wlio have been lost at sea since August, 1914. This is your debt to them, andi it is your duty—your responsibility—to contribute magnificently, as they have fought, and died.
