—! ♦ : The death is announced at Masterton of Mr Arthur R. Bunny, solicitor and Crown prosecutor. Tho late Mr Bunny, who was 72 years of age, was born at Newbury, Berkshire, England, and arrived in .Now Zealand when quite a Ik>v with his father, the late Mr Henry Bunny, at one time a member of the House of Representatives. He was edu- ; cated ?t private schools in Wellington, and w;ts admitted a solicitor of the Supreme Court in January, 157(5. Commencing tho practice of. his profession at Masterton, he was appointed a soliHtor to tho Borough Council on its incorporation in IS7G. His death was oiiite unexpected. He had been suffering from influenza, and on Tuesday night pneumonia superrened and was tho cause of his death. He leavos a widow and seven children. One of his brothers is Mr E. P. Bunny, solicitor, of "Wellington and Lower Hutt,
