FASSPORT RESTRICTIONS.

WELLINGTON, September 18,
Tho Imperial authorities have requested'the New Zealand Government to prohibit the issue of passports to all persons of alien enemy origin who have been naturalised oversea. In the case of persons naturalised in Britain, no passports aro to issue without the sanction of the Home authorities.
