THE LEVY CASE.
REMAINING CHARGES WITHDRAWN. (press association telegram.) WELLINGTON.. September 18. At tho Magistrate's Court this afternoon, the seven remaining charges against Abraham Levy of breaches of military contracts were withdrawn by the Crown. The appeal by Levy against his conviction has been abandoned.
