THE ALLIES' ASSURANCE GERMAN ALLEGATIONS DENIED. (By Cable.—Pxeaa Association.—Copyright.) . HAGUE, April 14. IJic Minister for Foreign Affairs announces that the French Minister in Holland, on behalf of France, has given a*"™"* that neither Franco nor the Allies have ever contemplated, either directly or indirectly, attacking the neutrality of Holland, o? oho inviolability of its territory.
