POLITICAL CRISIS OVER. CABINET RESIGNATION'S WITHDRAWN. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received April 16th, 5.5 p.m.) LISBON, April 15. The political crisis has ended. The members of the Cabinet hare withdrawn their resignations. A. message from Lisbon on Thursday said the Cabinet had resigned owing to differences concerning the terms of the amnesty for the Dictators. GERMANY'S DIFFICULTY HOW TO GET AT PORTUGAL. (Received April 16th, 5.5 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, April 15. The German newspapers publish an inspired statement in support of reprisals against Portugal. The statement says: "Owing to geographical and other circumstances, Germany finds difficulty at present in getting at this shameless English vassal.' 1 but hints that methods have been discovered by which Germany will make Portugal Buffer financially and commercially."
