(Received April 16th, 5.5 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, April 15. The German newspapers publish an inspired statement in support of reprisals against Portugal. The statement says: "Owing to geographical and other circumstances, Germany finds difficulty at present in getting at this shameless English vassal.' 1 but hints that methods have been discovered by which Germany will make Portugal Buffer financially and commercially."
