The newspapers talk of resistance should the Serbians use the Greek railways via Patros. ROUMANIANS POSITION. THE AIiLEGED TREATY WITH GERMANY. (Received April 16th; 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 16. Bucharest describes the alleged commercial treaty between Germany and Roumania as a German falsehood, intended to influence German opinion. According to a Copenhagen messago dated April 13th,. the "Berliner TagebJatt 9 decjares that ''tho agreement between Germany and Roumania Is most important. It shows that Roumania not attack Austria and Germany unlesjs the Allies progress either eastWard or westward or from Salonica, or unless other Balkan countries join the Allies." f The newspaper adds: "Roumania does not intend' to join Germany. Only necessitous circumstances havo forced Roumania to enter into a commercial agreement with Austria and Germany."
