AN AFRICAN VISITATION
SEVENTEEN VESSELS ASHORE.
MADRID, March 12. . A terrific gale is raging on the, North African coast. Seventeen vessels are ashore near. Melilla, and the warships are in great danger. Two hundred people have been rescued from various ships. It is feared that there will be considerable loss of life.
