A "BRUTAL EXECUTION

Mnvakkar Sultaneh, a member of the late Shah's entourage, recently returned to Teheran from Paris, and was arrested for intriguing against the Constitntion. Muvakkar was hanged, but the rope broke. A second roi>e was fetched, and Muvakkar, being subjected to blows from the butte of the soldiers , rifles, attempted to climb the rope, until in five minutes ho became exhausted and died.
The Teheran correspondent of "3%e Times" protests against this bungling and the hrutal spectacle.
