Mr Lonsdale. a. member of the Assembly, was about to deliver a lecture at Kurri Kurri in aid of a local institution, when ono of the audience called attention to the fact that Mr Lonsdale had supported a Government which had done all it could to crueh them and had sent their leaders to gaol. The audience quickly walked out, leaving the chairman and lecturer alono in the building.
