King Leopold will be given a State funeral despite his expressed wish that the funeral should take place early in the morning and in the presence of Prince Albert and the Royal household alone. King Leopold left £600,000 inherited from his father to his children. The Belgian public aro angrily discussing whether the Baroness Vaughan shoulel bo allowed to enjoy the remainder of tho late King's fortune, which, it is estimated, amounts to £2,000,000. LONDON, December 21. The Duke of Connaught represents King Edward at tho late King Leopold's funeral, and Prince Henry of Prussia represents the Kaiser. Princess Louise, who has arrived st Brussels, wished to bring Lieutenant Mattachitch, but Prince Albert objected, and the lieutenant remained .it Cologne. The Baroness Vaughan has arrived at Paris. A crowd of journalists endeavoured to interview her at the station, and insisted on taking flashlight photographs.
