THE COMING SESSION.
EARLY OPENING PREDICTED
(SPECIAL TO "THE PHEBS.") WELLINGTON, April 30. There are indications that the opening of tho first session of the new Parliament will take place about the loth or 16th of June. This is, of course, much earlier than usualSome members of tho Labour Party expect a rather stormy session. The Opposition have ticketed a compact block of seats on the left of tho Speaker. Good progress is being made with the alterations to the building, and there is every probability that they will bo completed in time for tho opening of the session.
