THE COLOSSEUM
The Skating Rink presented a very animated appearance on Saturday morning, when children of all ages and degrees of proficiency -were to be eoen disporting themselves on the spacious floor of the Rink. A boysi , race and a girls' raeo wore won by Master Hickmott and Miss Sarah Piper rcepectivel/. At the evening session a half-mil;* novice race was won by J. Flamnelly, with J. East second, but a protect against tho winner was upheld, and the race awarded to East, with A. Power second. To-night there will bo n half-mile race on plain skates.
