The conference between the pastorelisbs and the Workers' Union has been postponed owing to fcbe registration of the Workers' Union under, the Arbitration Act, the pastoralists fearing « dispute may be created which would involve other States. The Workers' Union bee offered to give an agreement for a term of years, which stipulates that the pestoralists are not to be involved in the Arbitration Court proceedings. A BREWERY TRUST. Arrangements have been made between the Butter Freights Committee and the White Star, Aberdeen, and Lund lines, extending twelve months the provision for the cancellation of the contract in the event of irregularity in the arrival of the eteamers at London.
