The inquiry into the stranding of the cruiser Donegal on Tor Bank, near Sues, a few weeks ago, showed the mistake vies due to a slip made fay Lieutenant Jones in marking the card sbowing the course of the Teasel. Captain Grogan was severely reprimanded for not seeing the error, and Lieutenant Jones was ordered to forfeit a year's seniority, and was dismissed the ship.
