The (Conference. carried resolutions that an Agricultural Institute should be established in the < Auckland province,, to give technical education to farmers, and to conduct experiments, that the executive should endeavour to make the Union a/imeans of collecting information regarding "prices cf produce in various markets, and that the constitution, of land boards should be altered, so that half the members be'elected by rural ratepayers.
