Fox. the remainder a comprehensive drainage scheme, must be instituted, the details of which have already been-placed before the Minister of Lands. The Government has purchased a block of private land in the goldfields area, placing additional facilities before miners,, who v will be enabled to follow their', occupation on the payment of smaller fees. Technical classes have been successfully , established under the Auckland Board of ', Education.
