The .annual meeting of the Council for the election of chairman was held at noon.
Mr McHaffie proposed—"That JJ r Dunlop be re-elected as Chairman of tho Board." . • ,
Mr Wolfe seconded the motion, which was agreed to, Mr WiUy- bearing testimony to the excellent manner in wdiich Mr Duniop (had conducted the business of the Council.
