TEMPLETON.
There were present a: a. meeting of the Templeton Road Board Messrs G. Witty. M.H.R. (chairman). W. J. Guy, and Wm Davie _ The chairman moved, that this Board place on record its deep regret at the loss the colony, and Canterbury in particular, hae sustained by the removal by death of the late Hon. Wm. Rolleeton. 'The motion was seconded by Mr Guy and carried, the members* standing. Letters were received from the Seiwyn County Ovine: _ stating the Council had decided to reimburse the Boards for all moneys spent in the destruction of small birds _nee June Ist. 1902, and asking for full mums. The plan prepared by the clerk vr the curtailing of the amount of reve 219. to be "used as a cemetery, on .hand's Track, was approved, and the clerk .; ii.structed to get the same fenced as scon as possible. Several works on roadu were authorised to be done.
